I'm such a big fan of Cammy because I think
she's the most fascinating character I've ever seen. I'm really a fan of characters as a
whole, not just the hair, the storyline, the costumes, etc. To me, Cammy's got it
all, but there are so many other great characters out there. I focus my fandom on
Cammy, but there are so many others I love too. So I created this little page where
I highlight other characters I think you'll like too.

2008 - Deejay
Along with Cammy, Fei Long, and T Hawk, Dee Jay was one of
the new challengers that joined Street Fighter in 1993. Deejay was born on Halloween
and represents Jamaica!
Everybody knows him by that HUGE smile that never seems to
leave his face. And there's also that little dreadlock mullet with a hightop fade
he's got going >_>;
Anyhow, in the game, he's a famous musician who is inspired to fight by the rhythm of the
music. He uses music to pace his fights, and he also uses the fights to try and help
him discover a new kind of music. Overall, he's a really cheerful guy just enjoying
life.
Otherwise, there's really not much to Dee Jay. He
was in SF2 and then in SF Alpha 3, but that's really it. I was hoping to see him in
SF4. I've always liked his personality and his "American Kickboxing"
fighting style looks cool too. I think Deejay deserves a little more attention than
he's gotten over the years. Maybe someday we'll see Deejay again.
PS - Dee Jay was actually created by the American branch
of Capcom. He was the 1st. C Viper or whatever the new girl's name is in SF4
was also created by Capcom USA. Otherwise, I think Capcom Japan has controlled all
the designs.

Deejay and Cammy have no official storyline with each
other, but they appear in many comics together and always seem to have a friendship.
Most notably, he makes a guest appearance in the Cammy comic by Masahiko Nakahira.
